Digital Hot Metal Detectors available to suit
your particular mill requirements. The Model MSE-HMD85 Digital "All-in-One" Hot
Metal Detector Sensor, the Model MSE-HMD95 Digital Remote Lens Hot Metal Detector
Sensor, Model PF100 Pathfinder Digital Scanning Hot Metal Detector, and
the MSE-RT20 Cold and Hot Metal Detector Retro-Reflective Laser Barrier.

Remote Tubular Spot Lens - 2° FOV with temperature ratings of 180°C, or 400°C. The high temperature
ratings allow the remote lens to get closer to the hot product.

- Hot scale in Field Of View (FOV) is ignored
- Dirty lens & steam has no effect on threshold
- Operates at 24 VDC +/- 15%
- Three FOV Scanning angles available: 1 x 15°, 2 x 22° & 3 x 35°
- Bar Display of Product Position

The MSE-LT20 Cold and Hot Product Detector
Retro-Reflective Laser Barrier is available with either air coolant
chamber venting as air purge or alternatively with a water coolant
chamber and separate air purge. Shown with supplied "L" mounting
bracket
